Bareboat chartered in accommodation jack-up from Dutch company Seafox B.V. Compass Energy converted into a Mobile Offshore Production Unit (MOPU). Time chartered out to independent oil company CEC International in 2011.
Delivered to independent oil company Coastal Energy Company (CEC) International, from laid-up to production, within 7 weeks. Divested in 2012.
Time chartered to US oil major ConocoPhillips for deployment in the Belanak field, Indonesia for 10 years since 2006. Conversion from VLGC to a LPG-FSO.
Aframax FSO 3-year time charter contract with PetroChina International Jabung Ltd. for deployment as a offshore crude oil storage terminal in 2003. Divested in 2007.
Acquired the Semi-Submersible Drilling Rig from the Supreme Courts of Singapore in December 2017. The unit had been arrested at Keppel Shipyard since early 2017. Wet towed the unit from Singapore to Chittagong, Bangladesh and sold to a scrapyard in January 2018. Turnaround time of just 1 month.
Purchased a semi-submersible (ex-Petrobras P24) and sold into Compass Offshore Hotels Ltd (COH) as equity-in-kind in 2008. COH is a joint-venture established by a few industry partners (including Compass) to convert, operate and charter out offshore accommodation units. Divested in 2012.

Bareboat charter of the Eastern Orbit 100 meter x 30 meter barge from Eastern Navigation on October 2018. Barge converted to LNG Filling Unit in 2018. Currently on charter.
